How to make ABS water nozzle material into a black and glossy mirror surface?

The information comes from: Internet Published on: 2022-08-13

Black has always been considered a noble color, but this mystery and nobility are mostly only highlighted on the ultimate path. On the contrary, it is also the most vulgar and unbearable color. Take injection molding factories for example, they all like to make black products because there are too many nozzle materials and they don't know how to handle them. Black products, whether they are red or green nozzles, are open to all, as the saying goes, those who are close to ink are black. So how can we maximize the use of water-based materials and create noble colors? Compared to black water nozzle material, making a glossy black mirror will look much better than making a textured surface. I won't comment on the matte finish, let me experience it myself.

Because black water nozzle material can challenge another height after some treatment and addition of auxiliary agents, ABS water nozzle high gloss has become a new trend for many particle extraction factories. Our company uses water nozzle material to make high gloss that is not inferior to new material, which reduces costs and improves market competitiveness. Of course, it is also important to use ABS nozzle material for high gloss material selection. If the material selection is not good, the product produced will also not achieve high gloss. I believe many friends who use ABS nozzles for high gloss have encountered the following problem: many nozzle materials for high gloss products have a slight color difference in each batch, because the base color of each batch of nozzle materials is slightly different. In this case, you can add 1% -2% black masterbatch to make the base color roughly the same, and then add oil to darken it. The color difference of the product produced is very small. Also, it feels like the nozzle material is not black, which is of course related to the choice of oil to darken. Oil to darken, also known as high gloss black powder, is used for ABS high gloss. Oil to darken black powder has multiple colors, including red, blue, and dark green, with very high concentrations. You can choose different shades of oily black according to different requirements.

Some people say that using high gloss black masterbatch directly in the ABS nozzle material is enough, but adding black masterbatch can reduce the blackness, but it lacks glossiness. And if you make the product larger, it will have a foggy surface. If you are using brand new materials, it is not a problem to use better black masterbatch, but it is not suitable for water-based materials. Some customers also use water inlet materials and new materials to make, with the proportion of new materials being about 20%. I have a small suggestion here. If you want to use new materials, you can choose AS. It produces a glossy base that is very good, and the cost will not increase too much. Moreover, the effect produced can achieve that of new materials. We have several customers whose black brightness has caught up with Samsung's, and some of them are even blacker and brighter than Samsung's.
