Choose an injection molding factory based on product size requirements

Here, I divide the product into three grades

first. The mold used for products larger than 900 * 600 belongs to large molds

second.The mold used for products larger than 300 * 300mm but smaller than 900 * 600mm belongs to medium-sized molds

third. The mold used for products with dimensions less than or equal to 300 * 300mm is classified as a small mold.

For large molds, we not only have requirements for equipment, but also for the site, driving, and technology, so we must have the mold factory inspect their equipment and site. The key points of investigation include:

first,Are there any models of computer gongs with a height of more than 2 meters, and are spark machines, wire cutting machines, milling machines, grinding machines, and other equipment up to standard.

second,Does the overhead crane have a lifting capacity of over 10 tons.

third,Does this plastic mold factory have enough experience to make large molds? We can request our factory to provide past samples for consideration.

Medium sized molds can be produced in ordinary mold factories, including those with complete equipment, sufficient space, cranes weighing over 2 tons, and even large mold factories that can produce medium-sized molds.
